Scheduling FAQs
1
Q: One of my players is NOT available on a particular Wednesday, can I still use him in my line-up?
A: No we recommend against doing this as there will be a risk of forfeiting the match.
2
Q: But what if I cannot find another player in my team due to SOR/Min-max rule?
A: Pls refer to 8.b below on this page.
3
Q: Availability for one of my players has changed after I added him to the line up. What should I do?
A: Bring it to ECs attention and we will evaluate options.
4
Q: All players are available on Wednesday but looks like its going to rain/snow
A: Pls plan ahead and try to play the match early or use one of the weather delay days, Thu-Tuesday.
5
Q: It rained on Wednesday and now we cannot agree upon a day to play
A: If players cannot agree upon a weather delay make up day, then the player not available on default backup day (following Tuesday) will have to forfeit. ECs may intervene to propose alternatives to avoid forfeit.
6
Q: All players are available this Wednesday but looks like we cannot find a court
A: Pls reach out on the main group to see if anyone can donate a court. You can also reserve a court in Fowler park or Sharon park and ECs will try to re-imburse the booking fee upto a certain limit.

A: Better luck next time. All 4 players have to agree to play early to secure the bonus point.

Q: Can I change my line up after it has been exchanged?
A: General answer is
NO. But if any of your players has run into Wednesday availability issue (things happen) then:
- a. You can swap him out with another benched player from your team as long as the SOR applies
- b. If nothing can be worked out ECs may provide a 1 match temporary replacement player, just for that week.
- c. Let's NOT get into this situation.
